The Living Landscape
The Art of SlownessA Living Mediterranean Landscape
Surrounded by ancient olive groves and vineyards in the countryside of Oria ( border with Francavilla Fontana ), our future masseria is envisioned as more than a place to stay: it is becoming a living Mediterranean ecosystem.Set on approximately 13,000 square meters of land in the heart of Puglia, the project is gradually evolving into a small regenerative eco-agriturismo rooted in biodiversity, beauty, and slowness.Rather than focusing solely on traditional monoculture, we are creating a landscape where nature, agriculture, and hospitality coexist harmoniously.A Different Vision of Agriculture
Our intention is to cultivate a curated selection of Mediterranean crops adapted to the climate and history of southern Italy.Among them:Almond treesPistachio treesAromatic Mediterranean herbsAncient olive trees and vineyards already present on the ( nearby ) landWild pollinator-friendly vegetationBees and artisanal honey production
The goal is not industrial agriculture, but rather a slower and more meaningful relationship with the land.We believe in preserving biodiversity, encouraging pollinators, respecting the rhythms of the seasons, and allowing guests to reconnect with a more authentic Mediterranean way of life.Bees , Blossoms & Biodiversity
Bees will play a central role in the ecosystem of the masseria. In early spring, almond blossoms provide one of the season’s first important sources of pollen and nectar, helping support healthy bee colonies after winter. Throughout the year, aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, and wildflowers will contribute to a rich and diverse landscape for pollinators. The surrounding vineyards and centuries-old olive groves further enhance this natural environment, creating a beautiful agricultural mosaic characteristic of Puglia.Over time, we hope to produce small quantities of artisanal Mediterranean wildflower honey inspired by the scents and flora of the region.Rooted in Puglia
This project is deeply inspired by the landscapes, traditions, and atmosphere of Puglia. The masseria is not intended to become a luxury resort disconnected from its surroundings, but rather a place that remains rooted in the territory: simple, refined, natural, and deeply Mediterranean.Future plans may include:

This is a long-term project that will grow season after season. Some parts are already taking shape, while others still exist as ideas, sketches, and dreams for the future. What matters most is creating a place with authenticity, beauty, and respect for the land — a place where nature is not decorative, but central to the experience. We look forward to sharing this journey.❋ Intentional StructureWe blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
